Equity Accountability Plan
  This plan presents employment strategies whereby minorities and women are recruited for   administrative and faculty positions.

  Florida Educational Equity Act
  This act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, sex, handicap, or marital   status against a student or an employee in the Florida system of public education.

  Title IX Gender Equity
  This Statute requires the review of programmatic and fiscal activities of the Department of   Athletics and the ensurance of gender equity in all athletic activities
