How to search postings?

• Access JOBSLink website (http://www.fiujobs.org)
• Select  “Search Postings”
• Enter any of the following Search Criteria:
• Job Type
• Working Title
• Position Number
• Campus Location

Once you access “Search Results” you may “View” posting details and apply for a position.

When Workforce Recruitment begins the pre-screening process for applicants, we consider two factors; the minimum requirements for the position and also the desired qualifications that the hiring department has expressed an interest in. 

As a State employer, for each position that we recruit for, we receive anywhere from 50-100 application submissions and it is our job to provide the Hiring Managers applications for those applicants who most closely match the requirements of each position.
