The Compensation/Classification Department of the Division of Human Resources is charged with the task of developing and maintaining a comprehensive compensation and classification system to support the mission and to affirm the values of the University. To meet this challenge, new initiatives are implemented that address all elements of employee remuneration: compensation, benefits and the overall work experience.
