Florida International University has selected Inspiron Logistics' Wireless Emergency Notification System or WENS to provide instant campus-wide emergency alerts to its students. FIU Participates in Panel with Virginia Tech Victim Services Responder to Address Coordinated Response on Florida Campuses
Chief Bill King and Sherry Aaron, Director of Victim Advocacy Center, presented at the annual Florida State Victim Assistance Academy in Delray Beach on July 28.  Christine Mouton of University of Central Florida's Victim Services moderated and Karen Thomas from the State of Virginia's Victim/Witness program shared lessons learned from her involvement in responding to the Virginia Tech tragedy.  [ MORE ]
