 Handle customer queries regarding shade jobs, provide information, and problem solve for them
 Follow up with contractors/customers regarding project details throughout the length of jobs
 Do take-offs from blueprints and provide job estimates for clients
 Develop project costs, generate breakdown sheets, and write proposals for new shade jobs
 Revise existing proposals as necessary to encompass any changes in the scope of the jobs
 Schedule appointments for and complete physical measurements of job sites
 Write and process factory orders for accepted projects
 Track delivery of factory shipments and ensure quality control of arrived orders
 Coordinate installation dates of ready projects with office scheduling department and with client
 Confirm all equipment and tools will be ready and available for Brambier’s crew before install dates
 Inspect final installations and address contractor’s punch lists
 Complete close-out documents for projects
