In addition to research and personal skills, students in Model United Nations also develop leadership ability acting as the Secretariat of the South Florida Regional High-School Model United Nations.  MUN students administer this annual conference at Florida International University for approximately 300 high-school students from public and private schools in Miami-Dade, Broward, Collier and Palm Beach counties. Acting as Secretary General, directors and committee chairs, they instruct high-school students, organize, facilitate, and direct the two-day simulation held each February at the Graham Center.
