***This Orientation date will not offer the overnight housing component. If you will be living on-campus, you can contact the Housing Department about early check-in. Orientation schedule will remain the same (Day 1:7:30a-10p; Day 2: 7a-1p)

Orientation Fees
The Freshman Orientation student fee is $90.00. This fee provides for the costs of implementing the FIU orientation program, including overnight accommodations the evening of Day 1, orientation publications, and meals (Day 1 – lunch, dinner, and snack; Day 2 – breakfast). This fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to attending orientation, through the Finances section of the student’s Panthersoft account. Without your fee, the orientation program would not be possible.
The Freshman Orientation guest fee is $40.00 per person. This fee also contributes to the costs of implementing the FIU orientation program, including parent orientation publications and resources, and meals (Day 1 – lunch, dinner, and snack; Day 2 – breakfast). This fee is non-refundable and must also be paid prior to attending orientation, through the Finances section of the student’s Panthersoft account.
