The goal of the Marine Mammal Rescue Unit is to rescue, rehabilitate and release marine mammals, as well as educating the public about man's impact on the environment. Fortunately, strandings do not occur often. During these periods of inactivity, the club members, as a whole, have the opportunity to impact the community through community service, as well as make a difference in their own lives. |
