The FIU Life Course and health Research Center currently holds a monthly lottery among its Transitions and Physical Challenge and Health Study participants
In order to qualify for the monthly drawing, you must complete your interview during the month in question. You will be placed in the drawing for the month that you completed the interview regardless of when the interview was actually started. The drawing will take place within the first two weeks of the following month.
Winners will be contacted and their prize will be mailed to them by certified mail. In order to maintain the confidentiality of our participants, the winners will be identified below by case ID# only, unless they consent to the posting of their name. If you have forgotten or misplaced your case ID#, you may call us at (305)348-1061/1062 or 1-888-239-4220.
Winners are randomly selected from all monthly entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of interviews conducted during the month in question (generally this will range from between 1 in 40 to 1 in 80).
