Florida International University began construction of our Fraternity houses in early 2000. Phi Gamma Delta, FIJI, opened the doors of their $2.3 million home in fall 2001. Members of Pi Kappa Alpha will move into their Fraternity house in January 2005.
Three other fraternities have future plans to break ground in the same circle area by 107th Avenue and 16th Street. Each house has a different design. Please click on the links below to get a better idea of our future Fraternity living community.
