Gives the reader insight into the daily life of the Canaanites (followers of Abraham) and also of the Egyptians.

Darwin's Black Box (Michael J. Behe)

 

About:

Behe makes an interesting case against Darwin's theory of evolution starting at the very basic biochemical level.

 

Ghost Soldiers (Hampton Sides)

 

About:

This is really well-written. It is an account of the lives of men who were POWs during WWII in a death camp in the Philippines. An amazing story of human endurance and human spirit. I would highly recommend this book.
