The
Educational Research courses at FIU prepares graduate students in the
College of Education to investigate different methodologies for
answering research questions in education.
Students
who currently take these courses develop the necessary knowledge and
skills for understanding, evaluating, and conducting research in
educational practice, policy, and administration. Beginning Fall 2002,
courses in classroom measurement and assessment will be offered for
undergraduate students.
The
Educational Research faculty play a critical role in supporting
dissertation research in the college of education by serving on and
chairing many doctoral committees. However, we do not offer any
independent degrees in Educational Research at this time.
