Please be Aware that Financial Aid and Bright Futures Merit Scholarship Programs calculate aid assuming you are enrolled for 15 credit hours.  The anticipated aid you see in PantherSoft reflects 15 credit hours.  If you enroll for less credit hours, you need to refer to the tables on this website to determine what the aid will actually pay.

Financial Aid Recipients

  •   If your Financial Aid award covers ALL of your tuition and fees for the Spring semester, you DO NOT need to send in a payment your account will automatically reflect PAID once your Financial Aid is applied.  •   If your Financial Aid covers only a PART of your tuition and fees, you are required to pay your portion IN FULL to avoid the Late Payment Fee.  You can view your anticipated Financial Aid from Learner Services.

Bright Futures Merit Scholarship / Florida Prepaid Program Recipients

•    You are required to pay your portion of tuition and fees not covered by these programs IN FULL to avoid the Late Payment Fee.

•     Please review the tables on our website corresponding to your portion of tuition.

Third Party Payment

•     Documentation from the Third Party authorizing payment must be received by Student Financials in PC-120 by the Last Day to  Pay each Semester.  Documents may be faxed to the attention of George Pita at 305-348-1618.

•     If the third party covers only a PART of your charges, you are required to pay your portion of tuition and fees IN FULL to avoid the Late Payment Fee.

If you have any comments or questions please send a message to the address below. Please include your student number with all correspondence. Upon further review, we have determined that we may release amounts owed on Cashier's Holds via e-mail.  If you have a question about your hold that we are unable to answer via e-mail, we will request that you stop by the office and we will assist you then. When visiting our office, please present your Photo ID.
