When you finally reach your senior year and you are nearing the end, you come to rethink your goals and objectives and ask yourself, how do I become successful? I recently interviewed with nine companies and received eight very different job offers. Some paid more than others and some required moving to a different location. I chose to become a Claims Adjuster for Progressive Insurance. I am now going to my second home and feel good about what I do. From the beginning of the process when I met the recruiter at FIU, to the time when I went to the college recruiting interview event in Tampa, they were transparent, honest, ethical, and had the mentality of providing outstanding customer service. Taking the job at Progressive Insurance was the right decision because it is a solid and a strong company that is constantly growing. In addition, the on-going training that the company gives you is amazing. Progressive understands the business and in order to be successful they need well-trained employees that will do a good job. I know that I made the right decision in working for an honest company that has a strong business plan for the future and has a great company culture.
