Succes Services from the front reception desk
at any campus (GC 230, WUC 255, or EAS 2780).
- Sign the Resume Release and Interviewing Policy
Forms.
- Once you have completed steps 1-4 above, please
send an email to panther.link@fiu.edu with your full
name and graduation date so that we can activate your
Career Succes Services (CSS).

days to be activated for CSS.
- Once activated, upload your resume to the system.
(Review our BASIC
RESUME STANDARDS/ RESUME CRITIQUE GUIDELINES)
- Your resume will be placed in a holding bin for
Career Services to review.
- Your registration is complete when you have an online
profile and resume in our database. Read more detailed
instructions about completing your online
profile and uploading
your resume.
- You should attend a Career Services 101 AND an Intervewing
On Campus Workshop. At these workshops, you will be
shown how to utilize our online recruiting system.
You can sign up for these workshops through our workshop
calendar.
- Through the online system, you can review upcoming
interviews. You can sign up for open schedules and/or
submit your resume to employers for job postings (resume
drops/collections) pre-select interviews or for resume
collections. (The Interviewing On Campus Workshop
will explain the difference between open and pre-select
schedules as well as resume collections).
- Check the system daily to view joblistings and to
see if you have been selected for an interview. Also,
update your resume at least once every six months.
