Scheduling On-Campus Interviews
On-campus interviewing visits are arranged for employers
looking to fill full-time career opportunities (which
require a degree) as well as paid internships. For any
other opportunities we recommend that you utilize web
job listings that are accessible to our students and
alumni, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
FIU's on-campus interviewing seasons occur during the
following times: Fall Semester: Late September through
mid December. Spring Semester: Late January through
early April. Summer schedules are arranged upon request.
To choose from the widest range of dates available,
we encourage you to make arrangements for your visit(s)
for the upcoming year during the summer.
A completed registration form for each position and
for each day is required to reserve an on-campus interview
date. Please log into your PantherLink account (on the
left hand side of this page) to submit an on-campus
interview request. If you do not have a PantherLink
account, you can create one by clicking on the Employer
Registration link.

questions regarding your campus interview visit.
Presentation Sessions are a great way to provide information
to students about your company’s products and
services, hiring needs, and the application process,
or to provide instruction on a career related topic.
If you would like to schedule a presentation please
log into your PantherLink account (on the left hand
side of this page) to submit an information session
request form. If you do not have a PantherLink account,
you can create one by clicking on the Employer Registration
link. Please contact Carmen Rosado, On Campus Recruitment
AssCoordinator for assistance at rosadoc@fiu.edu.
A typical schedule consists of 13 thirty-minute interviews
that begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. If you
need to arrange your schedule in a manner that is different
from the standard, we will tailor a schedule for you
to meet those needs. We will work to accommodate you
and make your visit as successful as possible!
Through our new on-line recruiting system, called PantherLink,
your job description and company information will be
seen by students registered with the Career Services
office. The students elect to electronically submit
their resumes for your review. Two weeks before your
visit, resumes will be forwarded to your e-mail address
for your consideration or you can use your employer
password to see the resumes on-line. To receive a password

Your selection of the candidates to interview is due
to the Career Services Office AT
LEAST ONE WORK WEEK BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW DATE.
This allows for the students to check PantherLink regarding
their status and if applicable, to sign up for an interview.
With this type of schedule, you only see those students
that you have determined are the best candidates for
your positions.
In an open schedule, candidates see your position on
PantherLink and sign up on a "first come, first
serve" basis. PantherLink ensures that only those
students that meet your requirements actually sign up.
