Overview

FIU internship/Co-op programs provide a bridge between academic programs and the world of work. Internships/Co-ops allow students to explore career options and gain experience in different work environments. They also allow employers to preview work skills before hiring decisions are made, and to have access to quality students before their competition does.

The Career Services office at FIU is a centralized operation that offers employers access to all majors across all colleges. Our staff interacts frequently with faculty and student groups and this ensures that employer internship/Co-op vacancies receive a broad exposure to a variety of qualified candidate pools.
