What Is Panther JOBLink?
Panther JOBlink provides a web-based connection between
employers and individuals looking for jobs and internships.
Panther JOBlink is a partnership between FIU Career
Services, National Association of Colleges and Employers
(NACE), DirectEmployers Association, and Symplicity
Corporation. This is known as the Nacelink Network,
which is a national recruiting network and suite of
web based recruiting and career services automation
tools serving the needs of colleges, employers and job
candidates.
Who Should Subscribe?
Students seeking internships or full time positions.
What Do You Get?
Campus Interviewing -Through Panther JOBlink,
Career Success Services subscribers assess job postings
and internship/co-op opportunities. As appropriate,
they electronically submit their resumes for consideration.
Employers review resumes submitted and select individuals
to interview.
Resume Referral - Employers request
resumes and then contact candidates to set up interviews
either on campus or at their location.
Employer Access to Your Resume -
Approved employers can directly access the resumes of
subscribers and search for those matching their needs
Web Access to Vacancies - Career
Services regularly receives vacancies directly from
employers.
Targeted Publication - Subscribed
students receive a publication focused on job searching
in their field.
