1. Pre-application for Star Graduate Fellowship (see Graduate Secretary, 305-348-4130 or contact Virginia Broadway, broadway.virginia@epa.gov for application packet)

2. FIU Internal Clearance Form and Budget Sheet can be found at http://www.dsrt.fiu.edu/forms.htm#INTERNAL Send it to The Arts & Sciences Research Deans Office MARC 451. Contact them at 305-348-3173 for questions on filling out the form.

3. A needs to be submitted along with the Internal Clearance Form for the Chairs signature before it is submitted to the Arts & Sciences Deans Office".

1. Contact the Biology Accountant, Missie Dubose, 305-348-2273 or dubose@fiu.edu about spending the expense part of the budget submitted by the EPA.

2. You must figure out annual tuition charges in consultation with the Graduate Program Director. You must inform EPA of your annual tuition costs.

3. Your stipend goes directly to your home address from the EPA. No paperwork is required

4. Any questions about paperwork that the EPA requires regarding FIU tuition and fees should be directed toward the Graduate Program Secretary at 305-348-4130 or biograd@fiu.edu.
