Member, Energy Advisory Committee of the Governor’s Commission for a
Sustainable SF. Attended several meetings during the year and contributed
to the final draft recommendations document on a sustainable energy program
in South Florida.
Helped economists at the College of Fisheries, Mangalore, India develop
a research project on the study of impacts of fishery regulations on local
economies. The project has been funded by the Indian Council of Agricultural
Research, New Delhi for three years.
