(1)  The Secretary of the Army approved the concept of a menu of options for increasing retention of high-potential officers on active duty.  Currently there are three options.  Note that, while Cadets may request to participate in all three options, they can be selected for only one.  More information is available at www.career-satisfaction.army.mil.

              (2)  Graduate School for ADSO.  This program allows Cadets the opportunity to attend fully funded, full-time graduate school, in exchange for an additional 3-year ADSO.

              (3)  Branch for ADSO.  This program allows Cadets to request their branch of choice in exchange for an additional 3-year ADSO.

             (4)  Post for ADSO.  This program allows Cadets to request their first duty assignment of choice in exchange for an additional 3-year ADSO.
