for any reason you need to cancel your participation, you should notify the
organizers in writing. Fees, less a handling charge of US$30.00, will be
returned for any cancellation received BEFORE Saturday, June 1, 2002.
We
regret that NO cancellation will be accepted and NO refund issued AFTER
Saturday, June 1, 2002.
